Refund policy

Important Notice

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or has missing parts.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or other proof of purchase.

We accept returns only if the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or has missing parts. Please note that minor imperfections in paint, finish, or assembly, which are common for limited-edition or handcrafted items, are not considered defects.

Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Blind boxes
  • Limited edition goods
  • Pre-order items

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us at contact@onefigures.in.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back. A flat rate of ₹199.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Please remember that shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@onefigures.in so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
