Can I choose which figure comes in a blind box?
No — the mystery is part of the excitement! All blind boxes are factory-sealed, and we do not open or reseal them to guarantee fairness.
Are blind box figures authentic?
Yes. We only stock officially licensed blind boxes from trusted brands like Pop Mart, Bandai, MegaCat and others. Each product is original and factory-sealed.
Can I return a blind box item if I don’t like the figure I got?
Unfortunately, due to the surprise nature of blind boxes, returns or exchanges are not allowed unless the item is damaged or defective.
Do you sell full sets or cases of blind boxes?
Occasionally, yes. When available, full sets or sealed cartons are listed separately on the website. If you're looking for a specific box or set that's not listed, drop us a message on Instagram — we'll be happy to check availability for you.
What are 'chase' or 'rare' figures?
