Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Please allow 24 hours for order processing, subject to toy availability and payment verification.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please ensure all details are correct before checkout.

  • We ship every Saturday & Sunday only. Orders placed during the week are dispatched the following Saturday or Sunday (excluding public holidays).

You will receive an automatic confirmation email upon order placement. If not received within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

Due to high demand, some toys may become unavailable even after an order is confirmed. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect.

All orders are subject to review by our security team and may be cancelled at our discretion.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


PRE-ORDER POLICY

Toys that are marked as pre-order are expected to ship upon arrival to our facility. All customers are charged at checkout for pre-order items to the payment method provided. LOST PACKAGES

Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Onefigures is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen toy items. All risks are assumed by the courier.

During any sale/promotion period, all toy sales are final. Onefigures reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice. No adjustments will be made for your purchases if Onefigures lowers the price of a toy you have already purchased.
