What is a pre-order and how does it work?
Pre-orders let you reserve a figure before it officially releases or reaches India. This guarantees your piece in advance — especially helpful for limited runs that sell out quickly.
When will my pre-order ship?
Once the figure arrives at our warehouse, it’s prepared for dispatch and shipped the following Monday. Most deliveries take 5–7 days post-shipping, depending on your location.
Is cancellation allowed for pre-orders?
Since pre-orders are limited and allocated just for you, they are final and non-cancellable. These products are imported against confirmed orders and cannot be changed after payment.
When am I charged for a pre-order?
Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. This secures your reservation and ensures your figure is accounted for.
What if the distributor cancels or delays a pre-order?
If there’s a production issue or global delay, we’ll notify you promptly. You’ll either get a full refund or be kept informed about the new timeline — your trust is our top priority.
How can I track a pre-order?
All pre-orders come with an Order ID and tracking, just like regular purchases. You’ll get a tracking link via email or SMS once it ships.
